Complete fail

I meant to write this over the weekend but life got a bit much.  School started back with a full week.  I had such good intentions!  I took my gear up with me, and knew I could do a routine whether it be a HIIT or WOD but Nooooo... I got nadda in.  Blame it on a weak mindset, the cold or fairies.  It did not get done.  Even on Friday, when I was home I had failure to launch.  Poop! Fortunately, Saturday rolled around and I got two HIITs completed and the plank challenge. (can I say how tired I am of plank).

Sunday, was a success as was yesterday.  Now, call me crazy, but yesterday I decided that I'd rather do the Spartan WOD than the 12 minute HITT.  Therefore, I ran for 45 minutes.  Later, I went to Yoga to get my stretch on!  Felt to good.  Thanks Yoga Gem.

Once again, the week up at school has started and I will succeed this week and every week after. Pinky swear. There are only 9 weeks until my first mud run.
